We are seeking a highly skilled OR Tech or Surgical Technologist to assist in the operating room by preparing surgical instruments, maintaining a sterile environment, and supporting the surgical team. Key Responsibilities:
? Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment.
? Assist with setting up the operating room and maintaining a sterile field.
? Support surgeons and surgical teams during procedures.
? Position patients and assist with patient draping.
? Document surgical procedures and equipment used accurately.
? Follow safety protocols and provide excellent support in the operating room.
Qualifications:
? Associate's degree or certification in Surgical Technology.
? Certification as a Surgical Technologist (e.g., CST).
? Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, and sterile techniques.
? Excellent organizational and communication skills.
? Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
? Flexibility with varied schedules.
? Can start ASAP.
