Join our team as a Student Service Advisor and play a key role in supporting student re-enrollment and academic success. Provide personalized guidance to students facing academic, attendance, or personal challenges, and bring technical knowledge of Student Services to the table.
Requirements
⢠High School diploma or GED required
⢠2-3 years of experience in education field preferred
⢠Ability to advise and guide adult students in academic and life-skill matters
⢠Computer skills required (i.e., Word, Excel)
⢠Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills
