Support Engineer - Night Shift

Our team aims to make a significant impact in the tech industry and we are looking for a highly motivated and technically sharp Night Shift Support Engineer to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to break into the tech world through a role that sits at the intersection of engineering and customer success. In this role, you’ll: • Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical issues using logs, monitoring tools, and direct queries across systems like AWS, MongoDB, and MySQL • Work closely with engineering to escalate and solve technical challenges • Develop a deep understanding of Diversion’s system architecture and components • Interact directly with customers to understand, document, and support their technical needs • Help improve internal tools and processes to make support more efficient and scalable We are looking for: • Relevant military tech experience or a B.Sc. in Computer Science or related field • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • The ability to dive into technical details and learn fast • High-level communication skills, especially in technical contexts • Unreal Engine training • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS – a plus) • Basic experience querying databases (MySQL, MongoDB – a plus) Want to learn more? → Join us in Sarona, Tel Aviv, and help us shape the future of the creative tech industry!
