This role will serve as the technical frontline for helping customers troubleshoot and resolve product, integration, and API-related issues. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, technically savvy, and comfortable working cross-functionally to ensure a high-quality customer experience. While based in the U.S., this role will provide partial overlap with APAC-based customers as needed.ResponsibilitiesRespond to technical issues and questions via Slack, Telegram, email, and PylonTriage issues internally using Datadog, Amplitude, and other toolsJoin live troubleshooting calls with customers to resolve API/SDK or product challengesPartner closely with Solutions Architects to support active integrationsEscalate product bugs and unclear behavior to Engineering with clear contextCreate and maintain support documentation and internal troubleshooting guidesIdentify repeat issues and propose solutions to improve the product or workflowRequirements3–5 years in technical support, fintech onboarding, or implementation rolesStrong experience with APIs, SDKs, Postman, JSON, and RESTful integrationsClear, structured communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to problem-solve quickly and independently across tools and systemsDomain experience in crypto, payments, or fintech preferredExperience with automation and AI workflowsBonus if you haveExperience supporting Web3 wallets, exchanges, or compliance-sensitive workflowsIf you are passionate about building simple solutions to complex problems and are obsessed with creating and building value, we would love to hear from you.
