Our bet is that CI, as a class of workloads, is ready to be unbundled from the hyperscaler clouds (AWS/GCP/Azure). You can pick up new systems quickly, dive into logs, troubleshoot CI issues, and help unblock customers when things go wrong.Have a high degree of customer empathy. You genuinely want customers to succeed and feel confident working with both junior and senior engineers.Are comfortable being responding to tickets, answering questions, and digging into infrastructure issues. You should be comfortable helping customers migrate, optimize, and scale their CI workloads.Enjoy learning and constantly ask: “How can this be better?”Can communicate clearly and effectively — both verbally and in writing. You’ll often be a technical point of contact for some of our best customers.Are tenacious and detail-oriented.
