Support Chat Agent

Texarkana Therapy Center is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Support Chat Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking information and assistance through our online chat platform. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and accurate support, answering questions, resolving concerns, and guiding clients to the resources they need. As a Support Chat Agent, you will play a vital role in enhancing the client experience and ensuring that individuals feel supported and informed about our therapeutic services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a compassionate demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously. Responsibilities
• Engage with clients through live chat, providing friendly and professional support.
• Answer inquiries related to our services, appointment scheduling, and general mental health information.
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate records of chats.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members when necessary.
• Work collaboratively with the administrative and clinical teams to improve the overall client experience.
• Stay up-to-date with our services and policies to provide accurate information to clients.
• Contribute to the development of FAQs and knowledge base articles to streamline support.

Requirements
• Previous experience in customer service, support, or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
• Empathetic and compassionate approach when dealing with clients' inquiries and concerns.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly under pressure.
• Proficiency in using chat software and other computer applications.
• Ability to manage multiple chats and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• A high school diploma is required; further education in psychology or related fields is a plus.
