Associate Responsibilities
Ā• It is the responsibility of the associate to ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity and 'work-like' environment at home location so that associates can deliver their best in terms of productivity and quality.
Ā• Being able to work an assigned schedule that falls within our operating hours is required and expected.
Ā• Answer customer queries/questions in a timely manner.

Ā• Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer issue in a fast-paced environment
Ā• Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
Ā• Demonstrates interpersonal skills with a diverse customer base
Ā• Demonstrates conflict resolution, negotiation, and de-escalation skills
Ā• Demonstrates ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating when necessary
Ā• Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Ā• Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned
Ā• Flexible with the working schedule; may be expected to work weekends, holidays and events

Ā• Effective problem-solving skills including decision making, time management and immediate prioritization of tasks
Ā• Ability to debug basic errors with Discord bots
Ā• Ability to approach problems logically and rationally
Ā• Action-oriented and self-disciplined
Ā• Organized and detail-oriented
Ā• Ability to quickly and effectively prioritize work time in various departments to meet the business needs
Ā• Ability to maintain composure in highly escalated situations
Technical Requirements
Ā• Ability to use pterodactyl control panel.
Ā• Basic understanding of Linux and docker
Ā• Ability to use the WHMCS billing system.
Ā• Ability to use Crisp live chat software.
Ā• Ability to identify and troubleshoot Minecraft server errors
Other Requirements
Ā• Must be 16 years or older to apply no exceptions
