EDI optimization is a functional pillar within the value chain of the Insurance Discover platform. EDI utilizes millions of 270/271 transactions daily to interface with various Government and Commercial health insurance entities. As a member of this team, you will provide operational support for the EDI process. While engaging with the day-to-day functions of this complex system, you will coordinate with the Product and Development teams to drive improvements that maximize value for our customers and scale the EDI system to support the growing breadth and depth of our business. You will develop a functional knowledge of the entire Insurance Discover platform, its capabilities, customer expectations, and product lifecycle. You will support various stakeholders and will become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on operational aspects of the EDI function.
