Supply Strategist

The Supply Strategist role is integral to optimizing Nexxen's supply performance and requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to enhance the programmatic ecosystem.ResponsibilitiesOwn internal reporting, performing deep-dive revenue, cost, and margin analysis based on historical data and market intelligence to guide supply decisionsIdentify new supply opportunities and gather demand-specific insights to guide inventory procurementDrive the full-cycle testing, analysis, and implementation strategy of new inventory productsManage Deal ID generation and provide ongoing delivery monitoring and optimization for multiple simultaneous campaignsWork closely with Delivery and Sales Engineering to troubleshoot campaign performance and ensure the supply landscape meets demand requirementsCreate and maintain internal tools and reference pages regarding platform capabilities, operational processes, and best practicesBecome an expert in Nexxen SSP capabilities, utilizing internal tools to set campaigns up for successSkillsBA/BS degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Physics, Computer Science, or another quantitative field of study1+ years of hands-on experience with programmatic campaigns in a DSP or SSP environment (pulling reports, monitoring performance, and executing optimizations)Strong understanding of bidding structures, VAST/VPAID, RTB Specs, and brand safety guidelinesAdvanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling) and PowerPointStrict attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative 'team player' mentalityUnderstanding of Tableau, SQL, R, or Python is a significant plusDemonstrated experience in creative problem-solving and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data setsExcellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to prepare clear, concise, and client-ready documentationProven ability to navigate a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage competing priorities effectivelyBenefitsMedicalDentalVisionDisability insurance401(k)EAPParental leaveUnlimited vacationCompany-paid holidaysCompany OverviewNexxen is an advertising technology company that provides a unified platform integrating demand-side and supply-side capabilities.
