Supply Chain Summer Intern
Supply Chain Summer Intern at bp offers hands-on experience in global supply chain teams with a focus on sustainability and innovation.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
• Working on real projects delivering tangible benefits and measurable results
• Collaborating with teams in Marketing Supply, Refinery Supply, and Fuel Pricing
• Engaging in genuine teamwork alongside expert colleagues on live projects and operations
• Utilizing the latest equipment and technology within bp’s global supply chain
• Participating in professional development and networking events
About You
What you'll need:
• Currently working toward a Bachelor’s degree, graduating between December 2026 and May 2027
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions (no immigration sponsorship provided)
• Available to start a 12-week internship on May 18, 2026 or June 15, 2026
• Must pass background and medical checks prior to start date
• Skills including adaptability, communication, creativity, digital fluency, ethical judgment, resilience, stakeholder engagement, and writing
Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive monthly pay ranging from $5,171 to $5,700 based on degree major, level, and graduation year
• Retirement savings opportunities

• Relocation assistance available within the country
Training & Development
• Access to mentorship and buddy support to aid transition into bp
• Participation in networking events, lunch & learns, executive calls, webinars, and community service opportunities

• Successful interns may be considered for full-time roles within bp’s One Commercial Program
• One Commercial Program offers rotations in Fuel Supply, Midstream, and Aviation across multiple U.S. locations
• Facilitated placement into the organization after program completion
• Exposure to commercial levers to develop commercial value for bp and partners
