We are seeking a Remote Supply Chain Specialist to join our team and play a key role in ensuring efficient shipments and outstanding customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Inspect products for quality and compliance with industry standards Register and track shipments using specialized logistics software Organize and optimize packing processes for safe and secure deliveries Verify serial and batch numbers for accuracy and inventory control Process customer orders, ensuring timely and correct dispatching Identify and report defective items, arranging replacements when necessary Prepare and affix accurate shipping labels Generate invoices and all necessary delivery documentation Maintain detailed records of all transactions in the company database Perform final order checks to ensure correct quantities and product types before dispatch What We’re Looking For: We need a highly organized, detail-focused, and responsible professional who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment.
