Supply Chain Project Manager

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Project Manager to lead and support the delivery of supply chain transformation projects across North America.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong project management capability with a solid understanding of supply chain operations, logistics, warehousing, distribution, and business transformation. You will work closely with clients, consultants, engineers, and implementation partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of supply chain and operational transformation projects.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
Coordinate cross-functional project teams across consulting, engineering, technology, operations, and client organizations.
Facilitate workshops, governance meetings, and executive steering committees.
Monitor project performance and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
Support warehouse, logistics, transportation, network design, automation, and supply chain improvement initiatives.
Drive project governance and reporting, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives and timelines.
Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery.
Support business development activities by contributing to proposals, project planning, and solution development.
About You
5–10+ years' experience in project management within supply chain, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, consulting, or operational transformation environments.
Proven experience delivering complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
Strong understanding of supply chain operations, distribution networks, warehousing, transportation, inventory, or automation solutions.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with senior leaders and executives.
Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced client environments.
Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving capability.
Comfortable working independently while collaborating across geographically dispersed teams.
Preferred Experience
Consulting, supply chain advisory, or transformation experience.
Experience delivering warehouse, distribution center, automation, logistics, transportation, or supply chain technology projects.
Familiarity with project management methodologies including PMI, Agile, or Prince2.
PMP certification preferred but not essential.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, or related discipline.
