Position: Supply Chain & Planning Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $70ā$95/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
ā¢ Build long-horizon supply chain tasks with deterministic rubrics grading agent performance against verifiable ground truth.
ā¢ Develop scenarios in Planning with MAPE forecasts, MRP runs, and inventory analyses with target safety stock.
ā¢ Create S&OP capacity analyses and scenario plans with computable demand-supply reconciliation.
ā¢ Design Execution tasks like supplier scorecards and logistics exception handling against defined SLAs.
ā¢ Work independently and focus on challenging scenarios to improve AI model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field.
ā¢ 3+ years in supply chain planning, S&OP, or logistics.
ā¢ Expertise in SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, o9, demand forecasting, inventory theory, or S&OP operations.
ā¢ Proficient in producing supply chain artifacts: forecasts, S&OP decks, supplier scorecards, exception playbooks.
ā¢ Clear written communication; articulate reasoning step by step into deterministic rubrics.
Preferred
ā¢ APICS CPIM / CSCP certification.
