Supply Chain Manager - Supplement Brand (Subscription Model)

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager with proven experience in the supplement industry, specifically with subscription-based brands. You will manage supplier relationships, oversee inventory planning, and ensure that stock availability aligns with projected subscription renewals. Role Description As our Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for: - Managing daily communication with manufacturers, suppliers, fulfillment centers, and logistics partners. - Tracking production timelines, lead times, and delivery schedules to prevent stockouts or overstocking. - Setting up and maintaining accurate stock-in-progress sheets that show: - Needs to have experience with Shopify Current inventory - Projected inventory for next month, second month, and third month (based on subscription forecasts) Purchase order status - Estimated consumption rate - Forecasting demand based on subscription growth, churn, seasonality, and marketing activities. - Ensuring all supply chain processes are documented, optimized and transparent. - Coordinating reorders, negotiating pricing, and ensuring product quality standards. - Monitoring logistics performance and resolving delivery issues quickly. - Improving overall supply chain efficiency, cost control, and reporting accuracy. Key Responsibilities - Create and maintain inventory forecasting models - Prepare monthly and quarterly supply planning reports - Develop purchase order schedules and track their progress - Optimize warehouse stock levels - Ensure compliance with supplement industry regulations (labels, batch numbers, COAs, etc.) - Oversee packaging production and component inventory - Analyze supply chain KPIs and recommend improvements - Maintain clear internal documentation for all supply operations Required Qualifications ✔ Proven experience managing supply chains for supplement brands (subscription experience required) ✔ Strong knowledge of inventory forecasting, production planning, and demand modeling ✔ Ability to create and manage advanced tracking sheets (Excel, Google Sheets, forecasting formulas) ✔ Experience with 3PL and fulfillment centers ✔ Understanding of: Packaging & component sourcing ✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills ✔ Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities ✔ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines ✔ High attention to detail and accuracy Personal Qualities - We’re looking for someone who is: - Proactive and highly structured - A strong communicator - Calm under pressure - Solution-oriented - Dedicated to operational excellence How to Apply Please submit: Your CV (PDF preferred) - A short introduction video (1–2 minutes), where you explain: - Your background in supply chain management - Your experience with supplements and subscription models Looking forward speaking to you!
