Supply Chain Manager (Remote, GA)
Your Impact
As the Supply Chain Manager, you'll play a key role in driving operational excellence and cost efficiency across Iconex's supply chain. Your leadership will ensure we maintain optimal inventory, secure high-performing suppliers, and align planning with strategic business goals.
What You'll Be Doing
ā¢ Leading purchasing and planning strategies to support business performance
ā¢ Optimizing inventory, improving procurement processes, and ensuring supply continuity
ā¢ Managing a high-performing supply chain team with a focus on results and continuous improvement
ā¢ Collaborating across departments to align supply chain operations with overall business objectives
ā¢ Leveraging ERP/MRP systems to enhance forecasting, scheduling, and KPI tracking
ā¢ Driving EBITDA by aligning production plans with machine and location capabilities
What You'll Bring
ā¢ 7+ years of progressive supply chain experience, with strong focus on purchasing and planning
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering; MBA or APICS/CPIM preferred
ā¢ Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments
ā¢ Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
ā¢ Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
ā¢ Ability to travel up to 50% to Iconex facilities
