Supply Chain ManagerReports To: VP, OperationsLocation: Hybrid, ~4 days per week on-siteThe Mission:The mission of the Supply Chain Manager is to ensure we make enough of the right products, at the right time, while driving cost-savings projects. This is achieved by managing demand and supply planning, procurement, and customer success.Job Responsibilities:- Manage and develop a team of A-Players- Integrate a culture of data driven decision making within the team; setting up and tracking KPIs- Lead contract packaging management and labor demand planning- Manage our customer success program, focusing on problem-solving and cost-effective solutions- Design and implement best practices for our procurement process- Own supply chain functionality of our ERP system, PLEX- Build and own the IBP process within the companyMust Have:- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in supply chain management or similar- 5+ years Supply Chain/Procurement Experience- 4+ years of Management Experience- 2+ years ERP Management experience- Fast-moving consumer goods experience (preferably food and beverage)- Expert at Excel and Google SheetsWhat we offer:- Unlimited paid time off- Paid holidays- 401k with 4% company match- Health and dental insurance- Company provided short term disability insurance- Company-wide celebrations, including a summer offsite and holiday party- Cider allowance (how big is your fridge)All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, conducted after a conditional job offer has been made.
