Supply Chain Integration Project Manager (GB)

Overview of role �� Home-based (with regular travel to sites) We’re looking for a Supply Chain Integration Project Manager to join our Central Supply Chain team, supporting logistics integration activity across our sites. This role plays a key part in helping site teams deliver their integration plans, acting as the link between site-level activity and the wider central programme. You’ll help keep plans on track, highlight risks early, and ensure sites have the support they need to deliver effectively. Working closely with operational stakeholders, you’ll provide clear visibility of progress through structured updates, including weekly RAG status reporting. You’ll help create alignment across multiple project plans and support steady progress across the programme. The role reports into Richard Hodgson, Director of Logistics, with regular engagement and support from the wider supply chain leadership team. What You’ll Be Doing Support site teams with integration plans, helping ensure activities are understood and aligned to the wider programme Maintain oversight of progress across multiple sites, helping keep delivery on track against key milestones Prepare regular updates, including weekly RAG status reports, to provide visibility of progress, risks, and key actions Act as the connection between site teams and the central supply chain programme Work with stakeholders to help ensure dependencies are clear and actions are followed through Support progress across workstreams alongside day-to-day operational responsibilities Encourage ownership of actions and support stakeholders in following through on commitments Identify risks or challenges at an early stage and escalate where additional support is needed Attend regular review meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and next steps The Right Person A collaborative approach, with the ability to build positive working relationships across sites and central teams Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams The ability to review information and provide clear, structured updates Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and support practical solutions Confidence to support progress and encourage follow-through on actions A self-driven approach, with the ability to work independently in a home-based role The ability to work effectively in a busy operational environment An understanding of supply chain, logistics, despatch or transport operations would be helpful It would also be helpful if you have Experience supporting projects, implementation, or change activity Experience working within logistics, supply chain, dispatch or transport What you’ll need Experience working with colleagues or stakeholders across different teams The ability to manage your own workload and stay aligned with wider priorities Willingness to travel to sites as part of the role Project management experience or exposure would be helpful, but not essential.
