Supply Chain (Contract For 4 Month)

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Specialist to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will oversee and optimize supply chain operations, ensuring seamless coordination between procurement, production, logistics, and inventory management. This role requires a strong understanding of ERP systems and demand planning to support efficient manufacturing processes and meet organizational goals. The Supply Chain Specialist will play a vital role in maintaining supply chain integrity, reducing costs, and improving overall operational efficiency. Duties Job description: • Process invoicing and manual Delivery Orders (DO) for partial deliveries to ensure accurate documentation. • Coordinate supply and demand to support efficient goods supply operations. • Liaise with cross-functional departments (Raw Material, Packaging Material, Finished Goods) to ensure timely availability of required materials. • Work closely with the warehouse team on preparation, scheduling, and arrangement of deliveries. • Update Sales Forecast and Planning Projections accurately and in a timely manner. • Monitor and follow up on customer orders, including arranging transportation and ensuring on-time delivery. • Maintain strong communication with customers regarding supply expectations, timelines, and any potential issues. • Able to start work immediately. Job Specification. • Must possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Mathematics, Statistics, or any related field. • Have good Microsoft Office skills. • Experience in related fields would be an added advantage. • Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.
