About the position

The position involves overseeing clinical management programs and ensuring that departmental goals are met through effective monitoring of productivity and performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying areas for quality improvement and implementing updated processes to enhance service delivery. This role requires coordination of clinical interfaces with both internal and external clients to ensure that high-quality services are consistently provided. Additionally, the position entails supervising staff, which includes hiring, motivating, and evaluating team members to ensure the effectiveness of programs and the professional evaluation of clinical services. The candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating the implementation of various programs, policies, and procedures related to clinical management, thereby contributing to the overall success of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, with at least four years of clinical experience and two years of supervisory experience. Experience in Utilization Management or Case Management is also required. The role demands excellent communication skills, both oral and written, as well as the ability to conduct effective presentations. Leadership abilities that foster employee growth and development are essential, along with independent decision-making and problem-solving skills. A Registered Nurse (RN) license, active in the state of Tennessee or in a participating state under the Nurse Licensure Compact Law, is mandatory for this position.

Responsibilities
• Monitoring productivity and performance based on departmental goals.

Requirements
• 4 years of clinical experience required.
