Supervisor – Scheduling, Telecommunications
Job Description:
• Handles incoming calls to departments centralized appointment scheduling lines.
• Communicates changes to physician master schedules with the department of Surgery.
• Updates scheduling protocol and manual as needed.
• Monitors ACD reports daily.
• Manages staffing, personnel issues, reporting and planning.
• Assists with front desk duties in clinical practice as needed.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience.
• Computerized Appointment Scheduling (2 Years)
• Managerial (1 Year)
• Skills: Not Applicable
