For more information about Nintendo, please visit the company’s website at https://www.nintendo.com/.DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:Supervises personnel by providing direction, feedback and coaching in the areas of engineering tasks, workflows, and professional developmentSupporting manufacturing/repair/remanufacturing/refurbishing operations, such as specification creation, production support, and trouble shooting.Implementing regulatory requirements in the manufactured products.Communicates with Nintendo Company Limited (NCL) to resolve various issues and implement projects relating to product launch, production, and repair operations.Communicates with vendors/suppliers/partners to resolve various production issues.Maintains understanding of department work load to optimize resources within assigned teSUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:Five or more years of related engineering experience.Requires 5 years of experience managing and leading engineering projects.Requires excellent understanding of all aspects of manufacturing processes and mechanical engineering concepts.Fluent English and Japanese written and verbal communication skills requiredBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related degree.Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered.
