We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.The Supervisor Health Services will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our health services, with a focus on providing a high-level of patient care and customer service. The successful candidate will need to have a strong understanding of healthcare regulations and possess superior communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the health services department.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Manage staff, including providing guidance, training and support.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality of service.
Monitor staff performance and patient satisfaction.
Address any customer service issues promptly and professionally.
Track and analyze data to identify areas of improvement.
Create reports and presentations for management review.
Collaborate with other departments and outside organizations to ensure quality and efficiency of services.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
