Ā Monitor productivity and performance based on departmental goals.

Ā Supervise, hire, motivate, and evaluate staff to assure effectiveness of programs.

Ā Coordinate clinical interface with internal/external clients to ensure delivery of quality services.

Ā Facilitate the implementation of programs, policies, and procedures related to clinical management programs.

Ā Perform quality audits and review audit findings, providing feedback and training to staff as needed regarding clinical or technical information.
Requirements
Ā Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or a participating state in the Nurse Licensure Compact Law.

Ā 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry or operations environment.

Ā 3 years of clinical experience required.
,
Ā 2 years of experience in a leadership/management role required.
,
Ā 1 year of Utilization Management or Case Management experience required.

Ā Certified Case Manager (CCM) certification at hire or obtained within 2 years.
Nice-to-haves
Ā Certification in Developmental Disabilities Nursing (CDDN) required at hire or must be attained within 3 years.

Ā Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
