Data Supervisor, Agriculture/Outdoor Power Equipment/HE

The Data Supervisor will manage and lead a team of data specialists focused but not limited to Agriculture, Outdoor Power Equipment and Heavy Equipment. This position communicates company goals, important information, and deadlines to the team, motivates team members and assesses performance. The Data Supervisor provides help to management, including hiring and training, and keeping management updated on team performance. This position works to evolve and expand processes to align with company goals and objectives. This is a Full-Time position.

Here is more of what you'll get to do:
• Provide daily direction and communication from management to team members.
• Review data requests and appropriately distribute workload and oversee larger team member projects.
• Provide coaching, direction, and conduct 1 on 1 meetings.
• Communicate with other team members across the company to resolve issues, support client needs and requests.
• Work across company teams to streamline data entry processes, share data and improve automation.
• Help train new team members.
• Work to be proactive with new model data.
• Ensure team members have appropriate training and other resources to perform their jobs as effectively as possible.
• Notify management of performance related accomplishments or concerns
• Work as a member/leader of special or ongoing projects that support company, brand and process improvement.
• Perform performance reviews.
• Assist management in achieving monthly goals.
• Other duties as requested by management.
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
• Knowledge of Ag/OPE/HE Industries.
• 5+ years of Data publishing experience.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with other departments.
• Critical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Able to excel in a constantly changing environment.
• High level attention to detail
• Experience with Microsoft Office Applications, Google platforms
• Superior organizational and time-management skills
