Key Responsibilities:
Ā Participant Oversight:
Ā Oversee and engage with Summer Recreation participants, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Ā Monitor activities to maintain orderly conduct both on-site and during field trips.
Ā Check-In/Out Procedures:
Ā Perform check-in/out procedures for participants, including verifying parent signatures.
Ā Maintain accurate records of participant attendance.
Ā Equipment Management:
Ā Receive, store, and issue equipment as needed for program activities.
Ā Ensure proper care and storage of program equipment.
Ā Lunch Program Assistance:
Ā Assist in the distribution of daily lunch in coordination with the School Lunch Program.
Ā Ensure participants receive meals and monitor any dietary restrictions.
Ā Conflict Management:
Ā Address conflicts among participants using effective conflict management techniques.
Ā Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all participants.
Ā Janitorial Duties:
Ā Perform basic janitorial duties to maintain a clean and organized program space.
Ā Assist in setting up and cleaning program areas as needed.
Qualifications:
