Plan and execute various summer recreation events, including concerts, movies, cultural events, and arts programs. Collaborate with other team members to develop creative and engaging event ideas. Interact with and assist event attendees in a friendly and professional manner. Set up event spaces, including physical set-up and organization of materials and supplies. Monitor and maintain event areas, ensuring a safe and clean environment for attendees. Work with event vendors and performers to ensure smooth event operations. Keep track of event attendance and gather feedback from attendees. Assist with marketing and promotion of events through various channels. Adhere to and enforce event rules and regulations. Provide excellent customer service to event attendees, addressing any questions or concerns. Assist with event logistics, such as ticket sales, registration, and crowd control. Attend training sessions and meetings to learn about event procedures and policies. Maintain accurate records and reports related to event operations. Assist with event clean-up and tear down.
