You may be a good fit if you:
Are a junior or senior level student in high school (or a freshman or sophomore in college) in Aurora or the surrounding areas
Are a student in the Mesabi East School district (or surrounding area school district)
Have a strong interest in healthcare and want to learn more about what careers are available in healthcare
Have a passion for helping others
Are self motivated and want to spend the summer learning from healthcare professionals and growing your professional skills
Summer Health Care Internship Program (SHCIP) Requirements:
Must have completed your junior or senior year of high school in Minnesota and intend to complete graduation requirements.

You must be a post-secondary student enrolled in a Minnesota educational institution or be a resident of Minnesota enrolled in an out-of-state program. Post-secondary students must be enrolled in a two or four year health care degree program with the intention of completing the program.
