Compensation and Benefits
• Job Type: Seasonal (Full-Time)
• Hours: 35 - 40 hours per week
• Wage: $14 per hour
• Camp Dates: June 2 to July 11
• Various locations (please ensure you can reliably commute to the camp location)

Responsibilities
• Lead Camps: Teach exciting, innovative concepts to campers in grades K-8, making each lesson enjoyable and engaging.
• Inspire Others: Serve as a role model for campers and instructors alike, fostering a positive, energetic atmosphere throughout the camp day.
• Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and train your fellow instructors to ensure smooth operations and a unified approach to delivering the program.
• Program Oversight: Manage daily camp activities, ensuring that curriculum is delivered effectively and that the camp environment is safe and welcoming.
• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the camp and the school’s director, ensuring clear communication about expectations, needs, and daily updates.
• Attend required training sessions, both in-person and online, to prepare for the summer season.
• Proactively communicate with the headquarters team and school camp directors to coordinate all program logistics.
• Supervise the camp staff and assist with daily operations, including safety protocols, medical procedures, and inventory management.
• Help organize materials and equipment needed for the camp, and ensure everything runs smoothly day to day.

Qualifications
• Previous experience in teaching or education (1+ year preferred)
• Previous management or supervisory experience (1+ year preferred)
• Access to a reliable vehicle for the duration of the summer
• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and demands

• Strong commitment to teaching and working with children
