Job Type: Seasonal (Full-Time)
Hours: 35 - 40 hours per week
Wage: $14 per hour
Camp Dates: June 2 to July 11
Various locations (please ensure you can reliably commute to the camp location)

Responsibilities
Lead Camps: Teach exciting, innovative concepts to campers in grades K-8, making each lesson enjoyable and engaging.
Inspire Others: Serve as a role model for campers and instructors alike, fostering a positive, energetic atmosphere throughout the camp day.
Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and train your fellow instructors to ensure smooth operations and a unified approach to delivering the program.
Program Oversight: Manage daily camp activities, ensuring that curriculum is delivered effectively and that the camp environment is safe and welcoming.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the camp and the schools director, ensuring clear communication about expectations, needs, and daily updates.
Attend required training sessions, both in-person and online, to prepare for the summer season.
Proactively communicate with the headquarters team and school camp directors to coordinate all program logistics.
Supervise the camp staff and assist with daily operations, including safety protocols, medical procedures, and inventory management.
Help organize materials and equipment needed for the camp, and ensure everything runs smoothly day to day.
Qualifications
Previous experience in teaching or education (1+ year preferred)
Previous management or supervisory experience (1+ year preferred)
Access to a reliable vehicle for the duration of the summer
Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and demands
