Job Description Summary We are looking for a Success Representative in the Vacation Property Management Software division to drive successful adoption and expansion of Streamline's Software Solution within her/his accounts. The Success Representative role will collaboratively drive change management and adoption activities with key Business Decision Makers, help reduce risk, drive usage of existing integrations, and identify expansion opportunities in her/his accounts. The Success Representative is also a key part of our customer facing sales teams and will be called on frequently to leverage their deep knowledge of Streamline to support sales growth. Functions and Responsibilities The Streamline Success Representative role will enable our clients to realize business value from their investment and make our clients passionate advocates of Streamline. • Create value for our clients by ensuring they clearly define business outcomes and then build a "success plan" with the appropriately identified objectives, stakeholders, milestones, risks and metrics needed to achieve them • Be accountable to drive high usage of Streamline and 3rd party integrations by driving the creation and execution of a thorough and action-oriented adoption Plan • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to showcase strengths and opportunities for the client to maximize value and efficiency • Proactively identify new expansion opportunities in each account to drive value both for the client, our partners and Streamline • Build, maintain and leverage strong relationships with Business Decision Makers and IT Decision Makers to influence solution adoption, create strong support for new opportunities and to secure their willingness to advocate on Streamline's behalf • Build/maintain rapid channel of communication with clients • Orchestrate and gain strong buy-in with multiple external (e.g. Clients' Partner) and internal Streamline's sales and services teams and be highly connected to Streamline's SMEs throughout the customer lifecycle Qualifications Minimum Qualifications • 5+ years of relationship management, preferably within a SaaS organization • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
