The role involves optimizing tools and processes to enhance Subscription Services for leading manufacturers globally.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze data and uncover trends to help us deliver smarter, faster, and more accurate solutionsCollaborate with talented teams across the business, making a real impact on our goals and customer experienceOptimize and operate the tools that power our Subscription Services, ensuring every subscriber receives exceptional serviceDrive process improvements and help implement new workflows that boost efficiency and reduce errorsManage and optimize business platforms used to support and enable Aras Subscription Services teamsDevelop and maintain SQL queries and Power BI dashboards to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders on revenue performance and subscription services consumptionPerform ongoing data quality checks, reconcile discrepancies across systems, and ensure reporting accuracyProvide ad hoc analysis and recurring reports to support Subscription Services team priorities and decision‑makingMonitor and support the customer journey, including onboarding, renewals, and cancellationsAnalyze operational and customer data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to improve the effectiveness and consistency of their journeyTrack, maintain, and report on key performance indicators such as churn rate, customer lifetime value, and subscriber health score to support retention, forecasting, and continuous improvement effortsDocument and analyze Subscriber Services workflows to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and sources of errorRecommend and support implementation of process improvements that increase operational efficiency and accuracyLeverage automation, AI, and enabling tools (e.g., Copilot agents) to reduce manual work and improve consistencyPartner with Operations, Customer Support, and Services teams to streamline day‑to‑day service delivery and support scalable executionSkillsBA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or comparable fieldProgramming, technical background – good knowledge of relational databases with ability to read and write queries using SQLExperience designing, building, and deploying reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or another equivalent business analytics platformExperience designing, building, and deploying agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including configuring topics, actions, and conversational flows to support business use casesLanguages: English (Fluent – written and verbal)Experience in the administration and maintenance of Totango, Gainsight, other Customer Success platforms or CRM comparable tool like SalesforceExperience with integration tools such as Workato or MuleSoftApplicants must be authorized to work in the United StatesBenefitsFlexible paid time off to recharge when you need it, plus company-paid holidays and a dedicated Global Wellness Day.A 401(k) plan with company match to help you invest in your future.Robust health coverage, including generous medical, dental, and vision insurance with high premium contributions and deductible reimbursement.Company-paid life insurance, as well as short- and long-term disability coverage for added peace of mind.Company OverviewAras provides a digital thread platform for product lifecycle management and engineering AI.
