Subrogation Recovery Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual with a strong understanding of insurance principles and experience in claims processing. Analyze insurance claims to determine potential subrogation opportunities.
Investigate and gather evidence to support subrogation claims.
Communicate with insurance carriers and other parties involved in claims to negotiate and settle subrogation recoveries.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of subrogation activities.
Monitor and track subrogation recoveries and report progress to management.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements for subrogation processes.
Stay up-to-date on insurance industry trends and regulations related to subrogation.
Identify and escalate complex subrogation cases to management for further review.
Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored subrogation solutions.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to subrogation.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with data privacy laws and regulations.
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
Handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
Act as a subject matter expert on subrogation processes and provide guidance and support to other team members.
