Role Description: As a member of Stralaâs Claims team, youâll report to and work alongside the VP of Claims to deliver world-class service to our clients. Youâll work remotely in a fast-paced, high-growth environment to build customer relationships, investigate claims, and drive fair, timely resolutions.
Stralaâs mission is to eliminate non-value-added, repetitive work so adjusters can focus on what matters mostâapplying their professional judgment to deliver the best possible claims experience. Youâll have the support of a collaborative team and ongoing coaching as we scale our capabilities.
Qualifications:
⢠3+ years of experience handling P&C claims (strong generalist with subrogation experience)
⢠Active Adjuster License
⢠Familiar with estimate review and repair management
⢠Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
⢠Collaborative, curious, and comfortable with change
