You live in Greater Lisbon and like to join Kardex as a Subject Matter Expert Salesforce. You will be one of the first employees in our brand new office around Parque das Nações / Oriente in Lisbon, Portugal. This role is part of our big SAP 4 Hana roll-out program Northstar. It will include business trips within Europe up to 20 %. As a team player you love to share knowledge and are open-minded to work with diverse teams in an international context. Your tasks Provide specialized knowledge and expertise in Salesforce applications and best practices to enhance the organization´s use of the platform. Ensure strong functional process understanding of Salesforce and end to end CRM processes to design scalable and business-aligned solutions. Support end users, customize, analyse requirements and develop our CRM Application Salesforce. Create automated workflows and maintain existing systems. Consults Solution Architect as technical expert to develop and optimize solution for business requirements.
