CRIO has achieved the attached metrics, all with little to no serious outbound sales or marketing. Job Description: CRIO is seeking a Study Design - Team Lead (Site) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the study design team in developing innovative and effective study designs that meet the needs of our clients and adhere to regulatory requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer success, to ensure that our study designs meet our clients' expectations and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the study design team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their success. • Develop innovative and effective study designs that meet the needs of our clients and adhere to regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and develop study designs that meet their needs. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in study design, incorporating them into our approach. • Serve as the main point of contact for study design issues, working with internal teams to resolve them in a timely manner. • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on study design progress, monthly KPIs, issues, and opportunities. Qualifications: • 7+ years of experience in study design or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to study design in the clinical research industry. • Experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry, preferably in clinical research, is a plus. • Proficiency with project management platforms and eSource/CTMS software • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
