Key Responsibilities
As a Student Worker, you will be the backbone of our departmental efficiency and a valuable partner to our marketing team. Your daily duties will include:

Data Entry & Validation: Accurately input donor, patient, and inventory information into arenaflex’s secure database, ensuring adherence to confidentiality standards.
Record Maintenance: Organize electronic and physical files, perform regular audits, and purge outdated records according to established retention policies.
Customer Request Handling: Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries, route requests to appropriate staff, and document interactions for follow‑up.
Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing action items to team members.
Marketing Content Assistance: Help craft social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional flyers that highlight arenaflex’s impact and upcoming events.
Project Coordination: Participate in special projects such as donor appreciation campaigns, community outreach events, and data‑quality improvement initiatives.
Reporting: Generate basic reports (e.g., weekly donor metrics, campaign performance) using Excel or Google Sheets, and present findings to supervisors.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work alongside the IT, compliance, and fundraising teams to ensure data integrity and marketing alignment.


Essential Qualifications
To thrive in this role, candidates should meet the following baseline criteria:

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (any major) at a college or university within the Grand Rapids area.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
Demonstrated attention to detail, especially when handling numerical data and sensitive information.
