Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Student Support Advisor to join our Online Learning Portal team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for students, providing guidance, support, and solutions to ensure a smooth and engaging learning experience. Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first line of support for student inquiries via email, chat, and phone.

Provide guidance on course navigation, technical troubleshooting, and account-related concerns.

Proactively monitor student progress and offer motivational support to enhance engagement and retention.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments and follow up to ensure resolution.

Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the support system.

Collaborate with academic staff, IT teams, and administrative departments to improve student experiences.

Deliver clear communication regarding policies, deadlines, and available resources.

• Working Hours

Full-time position with flexibility to cover shifts between Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Occasional evening or weekend shifts may be required during peak academic periods.
