Role Overview:
Achieve Test Prep is seeking a compassionate and dependable Student Advisor to join our fully remote Customer Success team. In this role, youâll support U.S.-based students throughout their educational journey by providing guidance, encouragement, and clear next steps to help them stay motivated and on track.
Customer Success Advisors partner closely with customers to drive adoption and satisfaction, leveraging data, internal tools, and AI-powered insights to deliver proactive and personalized support.
While this is a remote position, all working hours are aligned to Eastern Standard Time (EST). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, building trust, and making a meaningful impact in studentsâ livesâwhile working reliably within a U.S.-based schedule.
What Youâll Do
⢠Build supportive, long-term relationships by understanding each studentâs goals, progress, and challenges
⢠Provide personalized guidance to keep students engaged and moving forward academically
⢠Support students through onboarding and ensure they feel confident using our systems
⢠Proactively identify obstacles and work with students to overcome them
⢠Respond to student inquiries with empathy, ownership, and timely follow-up
⢠Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in our CRM
⢠Collaborate with internal teams to support students with academic or financial-related needs
What Weâre Looking For
⢠Experience in customer support, advising, or another people-facing role
⢠Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
⢠A calm, empathetic approach with a genuine desire to help others succeed
⢠Ability to stay organized while managing multiple student relationships
⢠Comfort working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a team
⢠Confident computer skills, including email, CRM, and online tools
Nice to Have
⢠Experience supporting students or clients in an education or training environment
⢠Familiarity with the U.S. education system
Language Requirement
⢠English (Fluent Only): Must be fully proficient in spoken and written English
