Job Description: Assist the Continuing Education Department with administrative support, coordination, and communication tasks to ensure the smooth operation of Professional Development Programs and departmental activities. Primary Duties: Provide general administrative support for department staff and programs. Assist with data entry, record keeping, and report preparation. Assist with calendar management by scheduling meetings and room reservations. Support registration processes for workshops, conferences, and other events. Make updates to department webpages. Collect and distribute department mail and other communications. Additional Duties as Assigned: Assist with the preparation and assembly of materials for workshops, conferences, and meetings. Help with event setup, check-in, and on-site support during Continuing Education events. Perform other tasks as assigned by position supervisor.
