Structured Investments Distribution - Analyst

iCapital is looking to hire an Analyst to join the Structured Investments team to focus on sales support. This position will work cross-functionally and closely with vendors and clients, conducting calls to set appointments for licensed sales professionals and analyzing sales trends.ResponsibilitiesConduct calls to set appointments for licensed sales professionalsLearn iCapital products and prepare to effectively communicate the objectives, risks, features, and benefits of these productsAnalyze regional and product sales trends within participating broker-dealer firms and among individual Financial AdvisorsMake 50+ outbound calls per dayLearn financial markets and portfolio strategiesAssist senior sales professionals within assigned territoryEffectively partner with the external wholesaler and the regional distribution teamUtilize contact management systems to capture information and schedule follow up activitiesPrepare for and pass necessary licensesSkillsBachelor's Degree0-2 years of relevant experienceSales and client service experience, within financial services industry is a plusExcellent relationship, follow-up, and communication skillsGeneral knowledge of the financial services industryMotivated, mature, trustworthy, and a team playerHighly organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of private markets, structured products, and options is a plusSeries 7, 63 and SIE (FINRA) licenses or candidate must obtain licenses within 4 months of hire dateBenefitsEmployer matched retirement planGenerously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dentalVisionTelemedicineVirtual mental health counselingParental leaveUnlimited paid time off (PTO)Company OverviewiCapital is a fintech platform for alternative investments and investors.
