They are seeking an Analyst for their Structured Credit Alternative Products group in New York, focusing on transaction proposals involving various structured credit transactions and supporting debt capital markets through insightful analysis and research.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze critical credit, legal, and structural elements of transaction proposalsActing as primary or secondary analyst for transaction ratings in a highly dynamic sector.
