Structural Engineer – Entertainment / Live Events - REMOTE
Location: Remote within the U.S. or hybrid/in-office at one of the firm’s U.S. offices
Overview
A nationally recognized engineering firm is seeking a creative and driven Structural Engineer to join a fast-paced Entertainment Engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile, national projects supporting live events, themed environments, and entertainment venues. The team designs a wide range of temporary and permanent structures and values engineers who are collaborative, innovative, and passionate about continuous learning.
Duties
• Design and detail efficient, high-quality, and code-compliant structural systems
• Serve as Project Engineer or Project Manager on multiple projects of varying size and complexity
• Focus on live events, theming, and entertainment-related engineering projects
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Support business development through long-term client partnerships
• Manage project cost, schedule, and scope through effective planning and prioritization
Requirements
• 6+ years of structural engineering experience with demonstrated growth in project management
• Experience with theme park and live event projects preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• PE or SE license required
• BIM/Revit experience a plus
• Proven ability to lead and manage project teams
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Ability to travel for site visits
Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
