Position Overview

As the official life insurance provider for the Dallas Cowboys and a partner to major sports franchises, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships through in-home visits or virtual Zoom calls as a Benefit Specialist. Key Responsibilities
• Client Outreach – Connect with clients who have inquired about their benefits.
• Appointment Scheduling – Set up virtual or in-home meetings to review client benefits.
• Virtual Reviews – Conduct benefit consultations through Zoom, offering personalized support.
• Enrollment Assistance – Guide clients through the enrollment process, making it seamless and easy.
• Report Preparation – Finalize a detailed report for each client after the benefit review.
Required Qualifications
• Outstanding Communication Skills – Ability to engage and communicate effectively with clients.
• Basic Computer Skills – Comfortable navigating technology to ensure smooth virtual interactions.
