About the position Responsibilities • Develop and own KPNW's multi-year pricing strategies to support health plan membership growth. • Support the region's annual business cycle deliverables including the region's 3-year strategic plan, financial & membership growth recommendations. • Analyze competitor and market intelligence to develop rate increase and membership growth recommendations. • Facilitate knowledge sharing across functions and entities to support strategic priorities. • Build out frameworks to facilitate strategy development by leveraging SWOT and gap analyses. • Prioritize strategic choices through enterprise processes and market operational plans. • Align enterprise strategy plans and performance with operating priorities. • Provide ongoing initiative management and prioritization through performance monitoring. • Pursue effective relationships with others by providing resources, information, advice, and expertise. • Listen to, seek, and address performance feedback; provide mentoring to team members. • Support and respond to the needs of others to support a business outcome. • Analyze and interpret market data to address research questions and test hypotheses. • Facilitate process improvement efforts to improve ROI, operations, service quality, and results. • Manage projects and programs by establishing objectives, key stakeholders, and milestones. • Maintain open streams of communication by building trusting relationships with stakeholders. • Contribute to the development and execution of business strategy. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Health Economics, Finance, or related field. • Minimum two (2) years of experience in strategic planning, strategy facilitation, execution of large-scope strategic projects or a directly related field. • Minimum five (5) years of experience in strategic planning, strategy facilitation, execution of large-scope strategic projects or a directly related field.
