Responsibilities:
The Strategy Consultant will support Barrow Wise's Federal Government project and perform the following duties:
ā¢ Review the current DEIA strategic plan and progress on goals
ā¢ Assist with the design, conduct, and interpret results from the environmental scan
ā¢ Identify best practices to generate outcome-focused measures and metrics
ā¢ Create and provide leadership with recommendations regarding the new DEIA Strategic Plan
ā¢ Identify priority objectives - define the aspirations for each Opportunity Area (5 C's)
ā¢ Create supporting strategies - describe the means to achieving these objectives
ā¢ Create metrics and describe the parameters used to evaluate and measure each objective
ā¢ Provide recommendations to leadership, program leads, and divisions and offices
ā¢ Provide strategies and guidance to leadership
ā¢ Analyze historical documents and data to generate and recommend outcome-focused performance measures
ā¢ Convert data and information into strategies to align with the DEIA initiatives for leadership to develop the strategic plan as well as divisions and offices to develop their action plans
ā¢ Create templates for the Divisions and Office to use for early warning signs that a goal or objective in the Plan is in danger of being missed and requires action, encouraging information sharing and engagement across the divisions and offices
ā¢ Establish a methodology to obtain feedback from the stakeholders on the success of consulting and other activitiesWork remotely
An ideal candidate has the following:
ā¢ U.S. Citizenship
ā¢ Education: Bachelor's Degree
ā¢ Certifications in various DEIA topics and experience in DEIA projects
ā¢ A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience working in the financial sector
