Strategy Analyst, Home Dialysis
DaVita Kidney Care is a leader in kidney care and is seeking a Strategy Analyst for their Home Dialysis team. The role involves supporting project management and analytics for various Home initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders, and analyzing data to drive operational performance.ResponsibilitiesCollect, analyze and report on program/project dataCollaborate with Home stakeholders to define key data points needed to effectively monitor and evaluate projects. Develop data collection methods based on project needsDevelop and continually update reports for Home leadership and field operators to provide updates on progress and drive adoptionDevelop and update project dashboards that will be used to provide updates to senior leadershipAnalyze data to help answer questions, demonstrate project progress and evaluate defined project outcome measuresMaintain stakeholder reporting dashboard (e.g. updating reports, managing access to dashboard)Interface with field teammates to solve problems and respond to operational and reporting questionsComplete ad-hoc analytics requests as needed to support operations and decision makingCoordinate and manage the implementation of pilot programs and large-scale projectsDevelop project plans and timelines for pilots and large-scale product/program implementation to Home dialysis programs across the U.SCollaborate with internal stakeholders to define key project deliverables and project manage efforts to meet deliverables on timeCoordinate and monitor internal approvals needed to proceed with pilots and large-scale projectsDevelop materials to support the launch of Home initiativesManage document approvals through legal and compliance process and maintain an updated database of approved materials for initiativesProvide outreach and support to clinic teammates around pilots and projectsAid business owners in evaluating the ROI of initiativesDesign slides to compellingly communicate the story and insights from initiatives to internal audiencesGeneral support with project management and analytics for ad hoc projects across the Strategy, HHD Operations Lane. Project and analytics may support Home Hemodialysis (HHD), initiative deployments, asset management, cost savings analytics and strategy implementation, and competitive intelligenceSkillsCollect, analyze and report on program/project dataCollaborate with Home stakeholders to define key data points needed to effectively monitor and evaluate projects.
