What You’ll Be Doing
• Identifying and engaging qualified individuals aligned with Buzz Bull’s growth goals
• Leveraging personal networks and platforms such as:
• LinkedIn
• Facebook Groups
• Industry and professional communities
• Conducting initial conversations to assess fit and interest
• Making warm introductions to the Buzz Bull leadership team
• Supporting recruiting efforts through relationship-based outreach
Ideal Background
• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing and/or
• Significant networking experience with:
• LinkedIn outreach
• Facebook and professional groups
• Industry communities
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Professional, ethical, and long-term relationship focused
Compensation
• 100% commission-based
• Paid per successful hire and/or milestone-based placements
• No cap on earnings
