Strategic Policy and Geopolitical Consultant
We are seeking experienced Strategic Policy & Geopolitical Consultants to join our international network of experts on a part-time, remote basis.
Key Responsibilities
⢠Conduct in-depth geopolitical, policy, and strategic research across assigned regions or thematic areas
⢠Monitor and analyze political, security, economic, and regulatory developments worldwide
⢠Produce high-quality written deliverables, including geopolitical risk reports and briefing notes/intelligence updates
⢠Provide forward-looking analysis on emerging global risks, trends, and scenarios
⢠Provide one-on-one consulting services to top companies, governments, and other industry leaders
⢠Participate in client briefings, internal discussions, and ad hoc consultations as required
⢠Contribute to the development of new research products, methodologies, and advisory offerings
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in one or more of the following are strongly encouraged to apply:
⢠Government agencies or public sector institutions
⢠Experience working within political consulting environments or the diplomatic system
⢠Geopolitics, national security, defense, or foreign policy think tanks
⢠Strategic consulting, or advisory firms
⢠Private sector organizations supporting defense, security, or geopolitical risk programs
⢠Private sector that collaborates with public sector
Qualifications
⢠Proven experience in geopolitical analysis, public policy, national security, international relations, or political risk consulting
⢠2-3 years of relevant experience in international affairs, policy research, consulting, or government-related work, defense
⢠Strong understanding of global political systems, international relations, and security dynamics
⢠Ability to assess political, economic, and security developments and translate them into strategic insights
⢠Academic or professional background in international relations, political science, security studies, economics, or a related field
