Strategic Planning Consultant
This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Canada, California (USA)
Pay Rate: $80-100 per hour
• Remote, 10-month contract role
• Open to both local and non-local candidates
• Work schedule: 8-4:30pm
Responsibilities:
• Assist with regulatory filing related to PSPS events
• Provide strategic planning and analyses, and policy development
• Develop strategies to support programs and initiatives
• Work with regulators, utility industry peers, and internal departments
• Manage major cross-functional projects and initiatives
• Lead development of testimony on complex analysis and policy issues
• Represent the program as a subject matter expert on process improvement teams and regulatory filings
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Finance, Sociology, Policy, Engineering, Physics, or related fields, or equivalent work experience
• 8 years of job-related experience
Required Skills:
• Regulatory Reporting experience
• Understanding of PSPS and the regulatory environment
• Program Management expertise
• Ability to anticipate issues and develop innovative solutions
• Experience working with all levels of leadership
Preferred Skills:
• Graduate Degree in Economics or job-related discipline, or equivalent experience
• 10 years of job-related technical experience
