Job Description People Solutions Business Partner: Driving Business Success through Strategic HR Leadership As a People Solutions Business Partner, you'll be the go-to HR expert for our management team, providing strategic guidance and support on all HR-related matters. Your role will be critical in driving business success by analyzing trends and metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and developing innovative solutions to optimize our HR practices. Key Responsibilities Lead, design, evaluate, analyze, and implement comprehensive HR initiatives that drive business outcomes, including employee engagement, talent management, performance management, compensation, and benefits. Serve as a trusted advisor to management, providing expert guidance on HR-related matters, including team member performance, management practices, talent management, and compensation. Lead a team in responding to complex employee concerns, coordinating with stakeholders as needed, and managing escalated or highly sensitive issues. Guide the team in interpreting HR policies, best practices, and resources to provide innovative and proactive HR solutions that align with our overall business strategies. Facilitate HR learning sessions, including performance management practices, HR policies, talent management, and compensation, and present HR training programs to Leadership Teams. Direct the team in analyzing key HR metrics, providing recommendations on effective decision-making, and developing clear visuals to communicate findings. Oversee investigations on workplace situations, prepare documentary requirements for labor-related cases, and focus on issue resolution within assigned regions. Manage and facilitate the development of HR communication materials and tools to support the launch of new processes, systems, and technology. Stay up-to-date with progressive HR practices, evaluating programs against trends and advancements, and developing recommendations to drive changes and improvements. Communicate and reinforce our Company values, philosophies, and Leadership Behaviors to assist in developing a high-performing organization. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: 5-7+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partner or leadership role. A University Degree is preferred; HR certification is a plus. Experience with Workday is preferred. In-depth knowledge of US employment laws. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information effectively to internal and external stakeholders. Strong Microsoft Office skills, with a high level of proficiency in Excel (successful completion of an assessment will be required). Proven ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Demonstrated ability to take initiative, own projects, and drive continuous improvement. Excellent attention to detail and ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret data. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will be considered a plus: Experience in a remote or distributed work environment. Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in HR. Certification in HR or a related field.
