Strategic Partnerships Manager Banking Corporate
## Responsibilities
Lead Binance’s global and regional banking strategy, defining priority markets, partnership models, and licensing approaches to support corporate and institutional growth.
Build and manage a pipeline of bank and fintech partnerships, from sourcing and negotiation to onboarding and long-term relationship management.
Drive institutional client and fiat OTC growth by identifying, onboarding, and activating corporates, PSPs, and fintechs.
Collaborate cross-functionally (Finance, Treasury, OTC, Product, Ops) to execute large fiat transactions and optimize liquidity, pricing, and settlement.
Develop scalable frameworks for partner engagement, commercial structuring, and governance to ensure efficiency and consistency.
Provide data-driven insights and market intelligence to improve acquisition, retention, and wallet share while informing senior leadership decisions.
Ensure strict compliance with AML/KYC regulations and work with Legal/Compliance to navigate jurisdictional requirements and mitigate operational risk.
## Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in the fintech or crypto space, with a proven track record in leading partnership development, managing business negotiations with financial institutions, and building strong relationships with financial institutions on a global scale.
Existing network of potential fiat corporate clients including e.g. PSPs, crypto trading firms, market makers
Good knowledge about crypto
Strong negotiation skills
Proactive, with an ownership mentality and a strong focus on execution and delivery
